的re are two types of cancellation - approved and 未经approved. Each type is subject to its own cancellation schedule of fees and refunds.
- An approved cancellation means that the reason for cancelling housing meets one of the pre-approved grounds for cancellation.
- A 未经approved cancellation means that the reason for cancelling housing 不 meet one of the pre-approved grounds for cancellation.

- 实习 – 实习 must be for UNH credit and at a distance that would prohibit living in campus housing. Student is responsible for ensuring that verification of internship is submitted to 住房 by the appropriate University department.
- 请假或正式退学 – UNH Registrar’s office will automatically alert 住房 when your withdrawal is processed.
- UNH Sponsored 出国留学, National Student Exchange or Washington Center -必须是大学赞助的项目. Student is responsible for ensuring that the appropriate University department provides written verification to 住房.
- 学术悬挂 – 住房 is 不ified by the Registrar's office when a student's is academically suspended from UNH.
